INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 medium-sized potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 g (1 tsp) rosemary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 g (1 tsp) thyme<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 cloves garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n

50ml (3 tbsp) olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 slices cheese, cut into squares<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salt to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n

METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C\/360\u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Set a potato on a cutting board and place kitchen tools on both sides of the potato. With a sharp knife, make deep vertical cuts, but without cutting all the way through the potato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Place potatoes with the cut side up in the baking dish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp of olive oil with some salt, drizzle over the potatoes and bake for 25 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Place garlic cloves on the cutting board, add rosemary and thyme, and chop everything very well. Place this mixture into a small bowl, add 3 tbsp of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Brush potatoes with this mixture, and insert cheese squares into potatoes’ cuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Bake for another 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
